Return & Exchange Policy

At Otoor, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we keep returns simple and fair.

1) Inspect & Decide at Delivery

You may inspect your order upon delivery. If you decide not to keep it for any reason, you can return it immediately to the courier.
In this case, the customer pays the shipping fees.

2) Return or Exchange Within 48 Hours (If Sealed)

You may return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order if the perfume is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
In this case, the customer pays the shipping fees.

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can return or exchange it at no cost.
Otoor covers all shipping fees for these cases.

4) Processing Your Return or Exchange

We review all return/exchange requests within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we will arrange pickup within 48 hours and process your refund or replacement after inspecting the returned item.

5) How to Submit a Request

Contact us via Instagram DM (@otoor.eg) or Email (eg.otoor@gmail.com). Please include your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

Important Notes

• Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or incorrect delivery.
• Please keep the original packaging and any gifts/accessories until your request is resolved.

Shipping Policy

• Free delivery on orders above 2,000 EGP.
• 70 EGP delivery fee for orders below 2,000 EGP.
• Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days (location dependent).
• We’ll send a shipment confirmation and tracking details when available.
